Gale Waldron has long been a friend, traveling companion, and coordinator with Freedom Travel, and now we welcome her in a new role, as a custom Travel Consultant. She will be representing the agency in Northern Virginia and Maryland; opening doors for curious and passionate travelers who are looking for a unique and authentic experience. Gale is a seasoned and passionate world traveler; exploring destinations such as Vietnam, Cambodia, Galapagos, Turkey, Greece, Portugal, Spain, Morocco, Croatia, Ecuador, Peru, Italy, and Ireland. Her thirst for a culturally rich experience and her keen artistic eye gives her a world-wide vantage point and opens up endless possibilities for like-minded travelers.
And now a personal note: Gale is a dear friend and a fun traveling partner. We have spent our days in museums, leather markets, souks, stepping over iguanas, riding camels, sleeping under the stars–we have cruised on a junk, gullet, and the H&B and have raised many a glass over the past 10 years. One of my traveling rules is, I will travel with a wino but never a whiner. Gale Waldron has never been a whiner; precisely the opposite. She owns a positive attitude and wears the most contagious smile, and I am so very excited to have her on the Freedom Travel custom travel team–and selfishly, to be working more closely with her.
