The same goes for traditional crusty loaves of bread, local cheeses, olives, and truffles. Naturally, each has a different harvest and production season. You will be participating alongside the locals picking, preparing, kneading, pressing, weaving, baking—indoors and outdoors Italy is alive with the aromas of wines, mushrooms, truffles, olive oil, kinds of vinegar, hams & salamis, and lemons.
