Hi, this is Annie, and today we’re going to go to Italy and we’re going to go to a place that you probably don’t want to go to or don’t think you want to go to. We’re going to go truffle hunting. That’s right. We’re going to be in Tuscany. We’re going to get up early in the morning. We’re going to go out with a truffle hunter guide with his dog. Sometimes it’s a pig, and you go into the woods and you truffle hunt.
You might ask yourself, what is a truffle after all? Well, it’s a delicacy that comes from Italy. It’s actually a fungus and it looks like a little potato. People all over the world die for them. They love them, and you will too!
