If I had watched the BBC show,&nbsp;Downton Abbey, I would have known that Highclere is where this TV series is filmed, and that it had been closed due to filming and about to be reopened for tours. Emphasis on \u201cabout to be.\u201d&nbsp;\u201cAbout to be\u201d meaning tickets were in high demand\u2013everyone anxiously awaiting their release. They were \u201cabout to be\u201d released any day now, and how to get those tickets for our client? Oh, the questions, when, where, how? The big question was if they went on sale at 9:am in London, would it really be 3:am in our office?!?
